The Yampa Valley Art Institute is a teaching facility devoted to facilitating fine art programs for Adults and Teens. Teachers or instructors are from the local area as well as regional and national artists. The Yampa Valley Art Institute is devoted to providing high quality art instruction in all mediums including but not limited to all levels of ceramics, including pottery wheel instruction, hand-building pottery, raku and more. The Yampa Valley Art Institute also provides instruction, classes and weekend workshops for all mediums of painting, drawing, photography, jewelry, and special art workshops. Some of our special art workshops include doll making, batik and scrapbooking. Our goal is to provide an instructor or artist with students - to host a creative learning experience for everyone. Classes and weekend workshops are for all skill levels.
