REGISTRATION FORM
In order to participate in a class or studio space, please fill out the entire form.
You will not be registered until payment is received. Class space is limited and registrations are accepted in the order they are received. We recommend that if your desired class is scheduled to take place within the next 24 hours, please call our office at (970) 870-0384 or send an e-mail to: diane@steamboatartsandcraftsgym.com to ensure availability and to register. You can now pay for classes on-line through Google Checkout, or at our facility. We also accept Visa and Mastercard.
